Terms of use

These terms apply to GrantData's public website and read-only research tools, provided by Azimuth Analysis LLC, whether you use them directly or through ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, or another AI client. Using the website or tools means you agree to these terms.

Research use

GrantData helps you inspect public records, reported grants, organizations, programs, and research. Automated matching and interpretation can contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. A reported grant to an organization does not prove that it funded a particular program or that the funder will accept an application. Check the linked source and current information before making a funding, partnership, or other consequential decision.

What the public tools do

The public tools provide research results. They do not submit applications, send messages, create a private account, save a research workspace, or guarantee an introduction, grant, or other outcome. Access may be limited or temporarily unavailable when usage limits are reached or the service needs maintenance.

Use of the service

Use GrantData lawfully and do not try to interfere with the service, bypass its limits, or access data or tools that are not offered to the public. The AI client and workspace you choose may have their own terms, permissions, usage limits, and privacy settings. Those terms also apply to your use of that client. GrantData cannot manage your account or conversations with OpenAI, Anthropic, or another provider.

Sources and corrections

Source records and linked websites remain with their respective publishers. If a GrantData result appears wrong, send the result and a supporting source through our support page. We may revise or remove a result after review.
